Q: What data does ProfitShark access from my Amazon account?

A: ProfitShark only accesses pricing, product catalog, and listing restriction data through Amazon SP-API. We do not access orders, customer data, or any personally identifiable information.

Q: How is my profit and ROI calculated?

A: ProfitShark uses real-time Amazon pricing and FBA fee data retrieved directly from Amazon SP-API to calculate your net profit and ROI for each product.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel anytime from the Settings page. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
